Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to use your hosting?
No - we include hosting to make things fast and easy, but if you prefer to use your own hosting, we'll still install the funnel there for you. All buyers receive access to our hosting platform by default. You'll choose how you want to proceed after purchase.
What do I get with the hosting?
Every customer receives a login to the GreatPLR Hosting Dashboard and a personal subdomain (e.g. yourname.templateprofits.com) where your funnel is live and ready to customize.
If you use our hosting: You can access your site instantly, use the visual editor, and make changes without any tech skills. SSL, backups, and hosting are all included.
If you use your own hosting: We'll install the funnel files to your domain and hosting account. You'll manage any future edits manually through your own tools.
Can I access the code or FTP?
If you use our hosting: You won't need FTP access - all changes can be made in the visual editor. For advanced users, upgrade options are available in the dashboard to unlock full access.
If you use your own hosting: Yes - you will have full access to the HTML files and folders on your own server.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Everyone gets a subdomain automatically when using our hosting. If you prefer to use your own domain, we'll provide easy instructions to connect it - or install the funnel directly on your domain if using your own hosting.
How long do I have access to the hosting?
Hosting access is included with your one-time purchase. There are no ongoing fees, and you'll retain access as long as the platform remains active and supported.
How does the setup process work?
After purchase, your hosted site will be ready within minutes and available in your dashboard. If you want us to install the funnel on your own hosting, just fill out the setup request form after checkout and our team will handle it - typically within 1-2 business days.
Does this installation service include rebranding the graphics or videos?
No. This is a done-for-you installation service, not a full rebranding package.
We will update your sales and opt-in pages with your name, title, payment button, and autoresponder code. However, we do not modify or recreate graphics, images, or videos.
If you wish to update branding later, you can do so using the built-in visual editor or your own tools.
What exactly is included in the DFY setup?
Our setup service is designed to get your funnel live and ready to use - fast, and without the tech hassle.
- Upload and install your funnel
- Add your payment button (e.g. PayPal)
- Add your autoresponder form/code
- Customize your sales and opt-in pages (name, headline, CTA)
- Host it for you (or install it on your own hosting)
Note: We do not edit the product content or videos. Our focus is on getting your funnel up, running, and ready to sell.
Can I make changes later?
If you use our hosting: Yes - you can log into your dashboard and use the visual editor to update your funnel anytime. No coding needed.
If you use your own hosting: You'll need to make edits manually through your HTML files or website tools. We'll provide a finalized, working copy of your site.
Tip: Using our hosting gives you instant access, a subdomain, and an easy visual editor - no tech skills required.
